ALL SESSIONS are at my HOME CLINIC RG4 8DG – if you can not find a time and day that suits please email or WhatsApp me as I often have additional flexibility / availability.

Discretionary Late Cancellation / Rearrangement Policy applies as follows:

Life is messy – I understand that. Bills still need to be paid though and the time we spend together in clinic is only part of what you are paying for!  Late cancellations are tricky to fill and I book my appointments tightly so I can focus on quality of care.

If you can not make an agreed appointment time for whatever reason  – please let me know ASAP via email or WhatsApp / SMS  (please do NOT leave voicemail or voice notes) and I will move the booking.

Please note that if you click on the cancellation link in the booking email – it will not refund any payment taken automatically – it is better to email or send me a message.

Within 48 hours – 50% value of the booking is taken as a fee. Very last minute cancellations or re-arrangements ie within 24 hours of appointment time may incur 100% value of booking fee unless exceptional circumstances.

Remainder of payment will be taken at time of session: cash / card payment via Sum Up.
