The days are getting longer and warmer, the energy levels and excitement is building for the summer to come !

A little update on the business front…

As of this week I am no longer based at Caversham Health Club by iST Fitness – I have enjoyed my time there, but EXCITING NEWS – in the coming months I will be moving to my own treatment space in Central Caversham – in the interim period I will be operating a home based clinic with more availability across the week – daytime and weekend – book via email, phone, whatsapp or online as always !
